Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• ½ oz Lavender Proof Syrup
• ½ oz Honey Proof Syrup
• ¾ oz Lemon Juice
• Lemon Twist & Sprig of Lavender (if Available) to Garnish

Steps

1. Measure gin, Proof Syrups, and lemon juice into shaker; add ice and shake until well combined.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with lemon twist and lavender.
